（吉隆坡）種植與原產業部長丹斯里柏納東博指出，政府希望繼續推行B5計劃，即政府部門交通工具使用混合5%生物柴油的石化柴油計劃。
政府是於去年2月推行B5計劃，鼓勵政府部門的交通工具使用以5%生物柴油混合的石化柴油。不過，原產業部於去年年底宣佈，該部計劃將混合5%的生物柴油降低至3%。
柏納東博今日（週二，1月26日）為2010年馬來西亞策略性前景大會主持開幕後指出，首相拿督斯里納吉早前召開內閣委員會會議，而其部門目前正就會議結果準備報告。
他強調，政府希望繼續推行B5計劃。不過，要推行B5計劃，燃油價格必須調漲4仙。
"問題在於要如何取得經費來推行這項計劃，包括誰必須先採取行動？是政府、消費人或石油商？"
不過，他說，政府正在尋找推行B5計劃的途徑。這項計劃會在中馬地區先推行，然後才擴大到其他州屬。
他表示，政府極可能於今年內推行這項計劃。 光明日報‧2010.01.26 | |
