At the moment, Caroteh runs the only sizeable biodiesel plant in Malaysia. The plant is strategically located at Chemor, Perak, Malaysia. This provides access to rich supply of crude palm oil, as Perak State remains the 3rd largest producer of palm oil in Peninsular Malaysia. |
The plant has been running at full enlarged capacity to achieve optimal operating levels. With our planned expansion in 2006, we are expecting to be the largest producer of natural palm methyl ester for biodiesel application in Malaysia.
